Process enhancement in CS
Starting with 1.1.2016 Printec Slovenia completed an internal system integration project and started to use Android based tablet operated electronic working orders for all CS Engineers.
How does it work: CS coordinator raises a working order based on customer request and dedicates the maintenance or installation task in the system, which is then transferred to the field Engineers tablet in almost real time. The stock of spare parts being used is automatically considered and adequatly reduced. Engineers no longer need to fill the paper forms and customers are signing the working order confirmation directly on the tablet. They also receive an electronic copy of the form to their designated e-mails. This new process will save additional time by omitting the need of filling the paper form, simplifies the process of data imput, significantly improves the iquality of services, increases customer satisfaction, improves timely reporting and sharpens the SLA criteria fulfilment.
