i-Agent, new software for Domus publishing house

Domus publishing house, publisher of the The Slovenia Times newspaper recently started using the i-Agent, CRM-software solution. Software based on our corporate knowledge, development and many years of experiences.

It enables successful managing of opportunities, careful planning of business activities, project planning, events follow up, document management, reports and analysis review.

Mr. Marko Stijepić, head of marketing at Domus, said the main reasons for implementation of i-Agent were the problems with spreadness, complexity, and duplication of data. Many advantages were soon noticed: »Accesibility and data transparency improved. Cost reduction and productivity improvement were gained through automatisation of administrative tasks. With allocation, tracking and good management of electronic documents the responsibility of each employee increased, while calendar reminder (meetings, events, other schedueled occupations…) keeps us and our clients informed of daily appointments.

Of course we took thought about possible re-configuration and adding of new contents in the future. i-Rose presented us with a solution which offers possibility of each module being replaced with a new one or even completely removed from the application. It leaves us no worries for the future and all our efforts can be focused on primary tasks.«
