The company was founded at the end of 1992.

Until 1996 business was based on developing an information system for Slovenian libraries. Another characteristic of the early period was cooperation with NUK, the National and University Library. We started specializing in data processing and the digitization of library materials. |

| A new step in our development was made in the late 1990's, which marked the beginning of cooperation with RTV Slovenija (Radio and Television Slovenia), Debitel, and the brewery Pivovarna Laško, which was a significant novelty in our business. It was a period of focusing on developing and designing Internet applications and providing a broad range of Internet based services. Furthermore, we made our first steps with regard to creating business information systems. The third period began in 2003, with the creation of application software directed towards the Internet environment. Cooperation began with companies with national and global reputations, such as Iskratel, Hermes Softlab, Telekom, and Mobitel. |

| Since the year of 2005 we have been actively exhibiting out products on the international industrial fairs such as: Cebit, Drinktec, and Braubeviale. Evolving the services we offered to the known customers we started to introduce and sell our own product line of i-Track (MEAP - Mobile enterprise application platform) on the international markets. In the past few years i-Rose is becoming more and more recognizable as an MEAP solution cloud provider for enterprise and mass market customers. |
