Implemented mobile service platform GEA Assist Asset aplication is a product of mutual collaboration and development with our partner GEA Process Technologies, Ireland. It is a specialized software package, that runs on Android Platform and supports Barcode scanning for efficient servicing of equipment. Software enables downloading of Asset Database for any number of customer plants and will upload complete Asset Service History to provide service history reporting. It uses a configuration tool which allows the easy creation of service routines for a variety of equipment types (Valves, Pumps, Vessels, Instruments…) and fully integrates with GEA-Assist asset register and reporting system. Asset aplication is linked with Documents aplicaton that also supports Barcode scanning of Plant Areas and plant equipment for efficient document acces. It enables downloading of complete set of documentation associated with plant equipment items and plant areas for any number of customer plants. It allows a user to scan of view a set of plant documents in a well oranized tree structure reflecting a plant layout and fully integrates with GEA-Assist plant document libraries.


Deployment of the i-Track Asset Tracking IT solution in the production process in the Laško brewery The solution is supported with RFID technology and consists of three parts: software, RFID passive tags and terminals for reading and tracking tags that are mounted on the beer kegs. The use of this solution has increased efficiency in the management of the return package and enabled significant cost savings.


IT support for service and maintenance interventions in the Laško brewery Implementation of IT solution for the coordination and supervision of maintenance and service procedures. Overall business process management of maintenance and service of vending machines is supported. Transparency, responsiveness and operations efficiency has been significantly improved. Intranet/Extranet work environment is guaranteed and the use of modern mobile technologies (PDAs, mobile phones, other portable devices)


IT support for the delivery of consignements process We have designed and developed an IT environment for business process management in the field of carriage and delivery of large quantities of items together with company Izberi. Based on the IT data, the solution enables analithical and synthetic views on developments in the field, patrol route optimisation and business optimisation. As a credible and reliable source of information, which excludes the human factor, system uses GPS/GPRS devices.


Telemetric tracking of the fish migration The introduction of a system for telemetric tracking of the fish migration in the Blanca hydroelectric plant. It enables monitoring of: spawning migration, migration for food in winter quarters, withdrawals from predators… Fish are followed when passing through the fish ways in the hidroelectric plant and in naturals waterways (spawning). The equipment from canadian manufacturer Lotek was used: active tags, dip antennas, digital receivers and wireless communications equipment.


Development and implementation of solutions for the pre-production of radio program (RAS) Radio Archiving and Scheduling Software (RAS) incorporates all functionality needed in a large, modern Radio Station. RAS is especially suitable for National Radio Stations. A great concern has been laid into creation and manipulation of large national archives. RAS programme package consists of 7 main modules that can be combined based on end user needs and transparently integrated into radio station IT system. RAS is used at Slovenian National Radio and TV Station and at slovenian commercial station Radio Murski val.
