i-Track Field Tracking (FT) enables the tracing and managing of business processes. A trustworthy and reliable source of information, it excludes the human factor and uses GPS/GPRS trackers. RFID equipment can be used as a complementary or stand-alone tracking tool.
The solution is optimised for the use by companies handling transport, distribution and delivery of large quantities of shipments.

Based on the data obtained the i-Track Field Tracking provides analytic and synthetic views into the developments in the field, and expedites optimisations of delivery routes as well as business.

The progressively designed solution can be integrated into existing ERP environments or replace extant but less than optimal applications.
The principal functionalities of the solution:

i-Track FT with integrated MSP (Mobile Service Support) module addresses complete postmen field force management needs, supporting the complete range of different workflows, collecting money, harvesting signatures and printing precipice and delivery notes.
The nature of functionalities incorporated in i-Track FT entails extensive databases:
  • editable and updateable collection of House Numbers in small or large area or areas
  • guaranteed delivery tracking to every house, urban or rural
  • Register of Households per settlement
  • service subscribers will be able to select delivery areas at their discretion, the delivery service will then adjust the tariffing accordingly
  • complete register of legal persons and sole proprietors
  • enabled delivery of materials per selected sets of legal persons and sole traders (number of employees, classification of industries, size of business)
  • complete business history – data warehouse
